My career has taken me worldwide working on some business-critical projects, including contributing to significant revenue and headcount growth, maintaining high employee engagement post-re-structures and improving retention levels in niche, highly competitive markets.
I founded Bayside HR because I believe all businesses should benefit from innovative people strategies. No business is too small to think about its culture and how it can set up its people for success. I now work with ambitious business leaders, people teams and companies from any sector, private, public, and not-for-profit, providing a range of solutions to clients tailored to their individual needs.
Based on the South Coast, I work with a number of clients both locally and across the UK.
